My Wellchoice+ has partnered with Impact Health to offer Bio-metric testing services to groups of over 50 members/employees for a price as low as $62 per participant. My Wellchoice+ also offers the My HealthIQ worksite health screening services to larger employer groups.

My Wellchoice+ members receive an additional 20% off already discounted equipment.
