Using the latest web-technology, our Personalized Health Improvement Training program takes into consideration the unique goals, lifestyle and personal situations of your employee to create their customized plan. Our program adapts to the beginner and the expert, and is safe and easy to understand. We then support each member with a team of certified fitness trainers who can guide them through the process, keep them informed and motivated, reduce their risk of injury, and increase their chances for success.
EatFIT
Nutrition must be part of a healthy lifestyle. Our online wellness program will create a personalized nutrition plan integrated with the GetFIT program created for each employee. Using proprietary logic our plan will:
- Recommend calories and servings from all major food groups
- Recommend daily meals or allow employees to create their own
- Automatically calculate and compare daily caloric intake to recommended intake
- Adjust recommendations according to activity levels
- Provide menus and shopping lists
In line with our "coach" philosophy, we support our EatFIT program with expert nutritionists who answer questions and support each member as they begin to make better choices.
LiveFIT
No matter how much we try, we can't separate mind and body when it comes to wellness. When all is said and done, we all seek a better quality of life. Our mental and emotional outlook is a major contributor to a healthy lifestyle. Included in every online wellness program is a simple self-improvement plan designed to help manage stress and anxiety as well as cope with other life problems. LiveFIT is supported by licensed Psychologists with at least five years of clinical experience. Ask questions about challenges in life such as how to cope with depression, improve parenting, or even seek marital advice. Whatever the concern, members have a place to turn.
FamilyFIT
Have you ever tried losing weight while the rest of your family continues your family's rather unhealthy habits? To make wellness a lifestyle it needs to be a family affair. We've designed a FamilyFIT program based on the fact that families support and encourage each other, and parents are examples to their children. Children learn habits and behaviors from their parents as early as infancy and carry those behaviors into adulthood. The FamilyFIT program is designed to encourage parent-child interaction that will help develop healthy habits for the entire family.
The obesity rate among children has almost tripled since 1978. Our program is the only wellness program with a plan developed just for kids. In KidFIT, children make simple fitness, nutrition and behavior goals that are printed on weekly calendars for easy tracking. Results are loaded onto the website and children earn miles for completed goals. With these miles, they travel around the world on a virtual tour visiting and learning about exciting locations. At each destination, they receive a stamp in their passport and are rewarded with a $5 gift card from one of their favorite stores.

All members who sign up for our online wellness program can be given access to our eFITclub online support community.

Reward Points
Members accumulate reward points by logging on and visiting different areas of the website and by tracking their progress on a daily or weekly basis. The more the program is used, the more points are earned. We can provide your company with an employee points report that can be used for your rewards/incentive program. We do provide children 12 and under with a no cost reward program as part of the FamilyFIT program. Children can earn up to $60 a year in popular gift cards. We soon plan to launch an on-line redemption center for adult members too - stay tuned.
