Shape Up The Nation is an exercise, weight loss, and walking competition for employees of all fitness levels. Through the power of teamwork and the spirit of friendly competition, teams of employees compete in a group effort to pursue healthier lifestyles. Through structure, accountability, and support from colleagues, 73% of all participants complete the three-month healthy lifestyle program.

Pricing
$10 per participant set up fee (which includes pedometer, wristband and welcome card) plus the following fees:
- 2-499 employees - $1.95/employee/month
- 500-999 employees - $1.45/employee/month
- 1000-4999 employees - $0.95/employee/month
