Group Prices

Pricing for associations can come at a group discount over individuals and families. Here is the group pricing and earnings.

Individual memberships (1 adult + children): $2.95 a month
Family memberships (2 adults + children): $4.95 a month

Earnings

Your association will earn:

Individual membership: $0.45 a month for every month the membership remains active
Family membership: $0.75 a month for every month the membership remains active

Example: There are 2,500 members in your organization. After marketing the wellness program to your members, 80% sign up for the wellness plan - 1,000 buying individual memberships and 1,000 buying family memberships. Your association or group would receive $1,200 every month for as long as the members continue to participate. In this example, that's $14,400 a year in additional funds.
