How It Works
My Wellchoice+ online wellness program provides:
- Customized meal, fitness and behavior plans to help them increase their physical activity (GetFIT), eat right (EatFIT) and live better (LiveFIT).
- Easy online progress tracking and access to instruction, healthy recipes and articles
- Personal trainers, registered dietitians and psychologists to answer member questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on anything from exercises to nutrition to parenting.
- A supportive community to help you succeed with forums, blogs and success stories
- Customized programs designed for all family members, including teens and kids
- $60 a year in gift cards from popular stores to kids (under 12) who participate. One participating child can earn enough to pay for an individual annual membership
- 20% discount on already discounted fitness equipment (from bands and balls to treadmills and elliptical machines)
- Discounts on fitness club memberships, including access to 9,000 fitness clubs around the country
Membership prices
Individual memberships (1 adult + children): $60 a year or $6 a month
Family memberships (2 adults + children): $99 a year or $10 a month
Earnings
Your organization will earn 30% profit:
Individual membership: $1.80 a month for every month the membership remains active
Family membership: $3 a month for every month the membership remains active
Example: Your participants sell 400 individual and 400 family memberships. You receive $1,920 every month for as long as the members continue to participate. In this example, that's $23,040 a year.
Training
A My Wellchoice+ representative will conduct onsite or online training for your organization's leaders and fundraising participants. The training will cover the benefits of the wellness program for kids, teens and adults, the pricing, and how to sell it easily and simply. We never encourage door to door selling.
Materials
We provide program brochures, tracking sheets and enrollment material for each youth or adult participating in the fundraising. More can be ordered if necessary. Selling scripts are also provided.
Prizes
My Wellchoice+ will work with you to customize prizes and incentives that work to motivate your group and still support wellness goals of active exercise and healthy behaviors. Potential prizes could be sports equipment, pedometers, bicycles, Wii Fit system, etc. Rewards are provided by My Wellchoice+.
