Joal Curtis and John Curtis have joined My Wellchoice+ as partners and company executives to help accelerate the growth of the company.
Joal takes on the role as CFO and brings a wealth of experience in business and wellness. Joal is a licensed marriage and family counselor and also has a background in training and education. He owns and operates the LiveFIT Counseling Center in Eagle, Idaho and worked more recently as a Corporate Trainer and Business Development Manager for HP.
John brings more than 20 years experience in marketing, branding, communications and messaging to his new role as CMO. He has spent much of his career focused on marketing services to small and medium businesses. Previously, he served as HP's director of executive communications and messaging working closely with CEO's Carly Fiorina and Mark Hurd.
My Wellchoice+ Founder Scott Leavitt named NAHU's 79th President

Scott Leavitt was sworn in as the new president of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) at its 78th Annual Convention in San Diego, CA. Leavitt pledged to make the theme of his presidency "Educating America," and stated he would implement this theme by educating the public to become 'consumers of health care' as opposed to 'patients of health care' whenever possible.
"Health care is currently one of the most hotly debated topics in the nation," Leavitt said. "As NAHU members, we owe it to our consumers and to all Americans to make sure that they understand the importance of health care, the reasons behind health care costs and what they themselves can do to reduce some of these costs. An educated public is integral to finding solutions to the current problems facing the health insurance industry today."
America's Fitness Corp. agrees to offer discount equipment to My Wellchoice+ members

America's Fitness Corp. of Irving, TX has signed an agreement with My Wellchoice+ of Boise, ID to offer discount fitness equipment to all My Wellchoice+ members. My Wellchoice+ offers wellness programs to families, TPA's, employers and other organizations to help promote healthy lifestyles. My WellChoice+ includes an online wellness program that focuses on exercise, nutrition and life skills for adults and children.
